 Congratulations to everyone who attended our grading yesterday evening in Cleator! We had our initial intake at our new Gosforth dojo take their first grading challenge and it was very commendable to see them all try their best in what must have been a daunting environment. Hopefully they will have gained some confidence from the experience and also got to meet a few of our long-term members, prefects, assistants and instructors. We'd like to welcome you all to our karate family! Also notable was a fantastic performance from two of our intermediate students, Ben Pearce and MIlle Ashford. Their attitude and focus was a great example for what a model karate grading should look like and we were all proud to see them achieve what were two very well-deserved awards. Onwards and upwards :-)
