To book your free taster class, simply choose which class you'd like to try then complete the booking form below. Our karate classes are open to adults, teen and children from 5 years up. Our fitness classes are open to men and women aged 18 years and over.
We normally send you an email reply within 24 hours to confirm that your place has been secured, so please feel free to get back in touch if you haven't heard from us.
If you are a parent booking a class for your child - Please make sure to input your child's name and date of birth, along with your own email address and mobile number, so that we may contact you. If you are booking for more than one person, then please submit one form for each individual.
