We'll be teaching a range of topics across martial arts and fitness including cool kicks and punches, pad-work, rolls and breakfalls, plus much more!
We will also cover other important topics such as healthy eating, safety and street smarts, confidence building etc...with plenty of fun games thrown in too!​
Included are two remote learning days (for funded places only), where each child will receive fun activity packs to do and meals ready to prepare at home!
