OUR AWESOME KARATE KIDZ SUMMER CAMP IS BACK!

We'll be teaching a range of engaging topics including karate skills and fitness drills, flexibility, pad-work, kids safety and self-defence, rolls and breakfalls, anti-bullying, healthy eating, plus more!
We also incorporate valuable life-skill elements such as confidence building, leadership and teamwork, courtesy and respect, facing challenges, plus building a positive mind-set for self-development!
The camp will culminate with a summary section, where we'll review all the topics covered and ask participants to complete a final challenge to earn their certificate of achievement!

A TASTY HOT LUNCH IS ALSO INCLUDED EACH DAY!
