Suitable for all primary school children aged between 6 and 11 years! 

Our very popular Karate-Kidz Camp is back this Easter, where children can enjoy three days of the best martial arts, self-defence, health and fitness training across a wide variety of engaging topics!
We'll be teaching a range of topics including karate skills and fitness drills, flexibility, pad-work, kids safety and self-defence, rolls and breakfalls, anti-bullying, healthy eating, plus some fun Easter crafts!
We also incorporate valuable life-skill elements such as confidence building, leadership and teamwork, courtesy and respect, facing challenges, plus building a positive mind-set for self-development!
The camp will culminate with a summary section, where we'll review all the topics covered and ask participants to complete a final challenge to earn their certificate of achievement!
