2025 Weekend Training Camp!
Our very successful Weekend Training Camp has been running for over 20 years and we're excited to be back again in June 2025!
This event will be held at the wonderful 4* Crown Hotel in Wetheral, from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th June 2025.
As always, our exclusive event package includes accommodation (bed, breakfast and dinner with optional lunch), full use of leisure facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym etc), plus many hours of seminar quality E.S.K.K training across a wide variety of topics!
As long-term visitors at The Crown, we've managed to negotiate a really great price. However places are limited to help ensure the best training environment.
Last year, tickets were sold out within a few days, so it's highly recommended that you secure as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Total price is £389 pp (Single Occupancy) or £299 pp (Twin/Double Occupancy).
We require a non-refundable deposit of £95pp upon booking to secure your place.
Future instalments may be made via BACS at convenient intervals to help spread the cost throughout the year.
Optional Pre-Arranged Lunch...
Based on participant feedback, we've now made the pre-arranged lunch option on Saturday and Sunday more substantial, to include a choice from selected dishes, plus one drink (tea, coffee, soft drink or water). An example lunch menu is provided below and confirmed closer to the time...

You are of course free to make alternative arrangements for lunch if you prefer, such as a local off-site venue (Carlisle city centre is a very short drive).
Please select your preferred lunch option upon booking so that we can advise the hotel.
Optional Sunday Night Stay...
If you would like to wind down after the event and stay an additional (Sunday) evening at the hotel, then we have now made this an optional extra too! Chill out in the pool or take a local stroll around the village and river. Enjoy an evening meal plus a few drinks in the restaurant, wind down for a restful sleep then wake up to hearty breakfast before check out and a relaxed drive back home on Monday.
The cost for the additional Sunday night stay (inc. dinner, bed and breakfast) is £140 (Single Occupancy) / £100 (Twin/Double Occupancy).
Please select the additional Sunday night option upon booking so that we can advise the hotel. However, this only needs to be paid for when the final balance is due a few weeks before the event.
